Climatic conditions of the 2021 vintage:
After a particularly mild winter in 2020, probably too mild. This led to an early budding, which unfortunately suffered from a period of frost at the beginning of April, with two freezing nights at -4°c. Despite this late frost, a summer of spectacular fires, and very difficult harvesting conditions, production was higher than expected and the volumes higher. This augurs well for great freshness and elegance.
With its fresh and well-balanced wines, Minuty's 2021 vintage offers you aromatic intensity and lightness in the mouth. These wines are true to the style of the House: Pur Plaisir, Pur Provence, which will brighten up your moments!
