Starter: Gratinated scallops with mushroom and cream
Dish: Cannelloni stuffed with fresh salmon, Jerusalem artichoke cream, topped with crab butter
Dessert: Mousse and crisp wafer praline, nut layer and candied kumquats
- The courses take place in Capucine's kitchen in a sanitary environment and are followed by a tasting session on site.
- Each workshop is limited to 6 participants. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
- Organisation of private workshops on request for 2 to 6 people.
