Harvest at Château Minuty. A vineyard covering 160 hectares

 

Like every year at the same time, the harvest begins at Château Minuty. They will last about three weeks and will extend over three communes: Gassin, Vidauban and Ramatuelle.

Made entirely by hand in order to preserve the raw material and to harvest whole bunches, some sixty grape-pickers are participating in the elaboration of the next vintage 2018.
