THE MINUTY S.A.S BRAND
The Matton family anticipated the growing demand for Provence Rosés around the world by creating Minuty S.A.S. in 1995 to market the Château's own wines and branded wines from the trade.
WINERY IN BRIGNOLES
In March 2018, Minuty inaugurated a new winery in the industrial zone of Brignoles, including a vat room, a storage space of 2 million bottles and a bottling line with a capacity of 8,500 bottles/hour.
These investments were undertaken in order to respond favourably to the growing demand for rosé wines and with the aim of improving responsiveness and speed.
A NEW STATE-OF-THE-ART WINERY
In 2009, a new wine packaging and storage unit was built to meet the increased activity of the Château. This new building faces the Château and meets all environmental requirements. It contains a blending vat room with a capacity of 4,200 hl, an ultra-modern bottling line and two air-conditioned storage rooms with a capacity of 500,000 bottles each.
BRANDED WINES
The branded wines marketed by Minuty SAS are made from a rigorous selection of wines vinified on the best terroirs of the Côtes de Provence appellation and come only from producers selected for the quality of their vineyards and their terroir.
Each of the partners of Minuty SAS scrupulously respects the quality criteria required by François and Jean-Etienne Matton in order to perfectly match the Minuty style.
The wines in the M and Prestige ranges benefit from the expertise acquired over three generations by the Matton family in the production of rosés emblematic of the Côtes de Provence.
