THE STORY
White wine made to express all the freshness and elegance of Rolle. The brand had big ideas for its white wine that’s been in the Mediterranean from centuries and is ideal for food pairings. So this is a Provence white wine but it’s a Minuty white wine first and foremost. It stands out for its intense aromas and subtle flavours.
THE METHOD
Jean Etienne and François Matton use their knowledge and expertise to select all the grapes. The wine blends the winery’s Rolle and Clairette with Sémillon chosen for its richness. Just like the brand’s rosé and white wine, what locks in the grapes’ natural vibrancy is that there’s no second fermentation.
THE FLAVOUR
Pale gold with zesty glints, the wine grips you with its explosion of aromas bursting with Menton lemon and grapefruit. The bright and salty flavour is beautifully balanced with fruity notes.
THE EXPERIENCE
The bright and vibrant aftertaste is ideal for seafood: sardine rillettes, scallop carpaccio, ceviche, sushi, shellfish salad, seaweed, green papaya, prawns and grilled fish.
